YORG.io 3 is the third installment of the cult tower-defense-meets-base-building IO series. Build up a base on a sparse map, fortify the perimeter with turrets, harvest crystals and other resources, and survive escalating nightly zombie waves. Multiplayer mode lets you raid neighbors' bases for an extra layer of pressure.

How to play

Mouse to pan/select. Place buildings from the toolbar — gatherers, walls, turrets, workshops, defenses. Resources accumulate from gatherers on resource tiles; spend them on more buildings or upgrades. At nightfall, zombies path toward your core — your defenses are the only thing between them and game over.

Building tiers

  • Gatherers — produce wood/stone/crystal/iron from adjacent resource tiles
  • Turrets — gun, cannon, sniper, freeze, flame; each with a niche
  • Walls — slow the zombie path; wood→stone→reinforced
  • Workshops — unlock upgrades to gatherers and turrets
  • Specials — bombs, traps, mines

Multiplayer

Online mode lets you raid other players' bases between night defenses. Steal resources, sabotage gatherers, or build alliances. Adds a PvP layer over the core PvE survival loop.

Tips

  • Crystal gatherers first — they unlock the better turret tier
  • Wall paths to funnel zombies through your turret kill zones; don't seal the perimeter
  • Freeze turrets stack — pair with high-DPS gun turrets for control
  • Save bombs for boss-night waves; they melt elite zombies
