BOPZ.io brings Counter-Strike-style tactics into a top-down 2D browser shooter. Two teams of five fight over bomb sites: attackers plant, defenders defuse, and every round is a small tactical puzzle.

How to Play

Each round you buy equipment, then move out with your team. Attackers must plant the bomb on a site and protect it until it explodes; defenders must stop the plant or defuse in time. Eliminated players wait for the next round, so every life matters.

Controls

• Move: WASD

• Aim: Mouse

• Shoot: Left mouse button

• Plant / defuse: Interaction key near the site

• Buy: Buy menu at round start

Tactical Depth

Peeking angles, holding corners, trading kills, saving weapons on lost rounds — the classic tactical shooter loop works surprisingly well from a top-down view. Sound and vision cones matter: you can't see through walls, so information is a weapon.

Tips

• Don't dry-peek angles alone — trade with a teammate

• Economy matters: sometimes it's smarter to save than force-buy

• As a defender, rotate fast when you hear the plant

• Smoke and utility (when available) turn losing rounds around

• Watch the minimap — flanks decide rounds in 2D shooters
