Kart Bros!

Kart Bros is a free-to-play .io kart racing game that's simple, fast-paced, and packed with wild antics. Whether you're hugging the turns, drifting around tracks, or hurling power-ups at friends, Kart Bros delivers non-stop thrills in every race. No downloads required — just fire up your browser (Chrome recommended) and race. It's part of the Bros family from the same studio as Football Bros, Basket Bros, Soccer Bros, Wrestle Bros, and Baseball Bros.

How to play

Drive with arrow keys or WASD. Use power-ups with the spacebar. Look back with left Shift. Accelerate into corners, drift to maintain speed, and grab power-up crates scattered across the track to fire at rivals or boost yourself. Cross the finish line first.

Game modes

• Standard race — classic karting against rivals, items enabled
• Time Trial — no rivals, no items, just you versus your best lap time
• Start Boost — spin your tires for a launch advantage off the line; don't overheat or you'll lose it

Early access

Kart Bros is still in early access and receiving ongoing updates. New features, tracks, and karts are always around the corner — feedback goes through the official Discord to help shape development direction. The changelog is public (last v1.67 in late 2025), and weekly community playtests drive what gets fixed next.

Tips

• Drift every corner — it's free acceleration and shortens the racing line simultaneously
• Save power-ups for the leader, not the nearest opponent — the red shell math always favors targeting first place
• Shortcuts usually have risk — learn them in Time Trial before committing to them in a race
• Last-lap rockets matter most — hold for the final stretch when overtaking is worth the item
• Start boost is huge on short tracks; overheating on long ones is a liability
