Dinosaur

The Dinosaur Game is the pixel-art T-Rex runner that Chrome shows when you lose internet. Now it lives at its own domain so you can play any time — no offline tab required. Your dino auto-runs across an endless desert; your only job is to jump over cacti and duck under pterodactyls as the speed ramps up.

How to play

Tap Space or the up arrow to jump. Tap the down arrow to duck. Survive as long as you can — obstacles come faster and tighter the longer you last.

Why it's fun

It looks like nothing. It plays like nothing. And somehow one more run is always tempting. The minimal pixel-art and relentless acceleration curve make it a perfect 30-second break that turns into 10 minutes before you realize.

Tips

  • Jump early for distant cacti, late for close ones — timing is everything at high speed
  • Ducking birds is faster than jumping over them
  • Day/night cycles change contrast — stay alert when the screen inverts
  • Scores above 1000 become a rhythm game; find your tempo and stay in it
