Airmash

Airmash is the browser revival of the cult dogfighting game Airma.sh — small biplanes circling each other in a top-down arena, firing heat-seeking missiles and dodging trails. Picks an aircraft class, jumps into a server, and starts a furious chase that lasts seconds per kill.

How to play

Pick a plane class — Predator (balanced), Goliath (heavy missiles), Mohawk (machine gun), Tornado (multi-missile spread), or Prowler (cloak). Each has a unique missile pattern and special ability. Mouse aims, left click fires, right click triggers special.

Modes

Free-for-all servers run constantly. Capture-the-flag and Conquest variants exist on community servers. Kills earn upgrade points spent on speed, missile damage, energy, or fire rate.

Tips

• Lead missiles into the path of the target — don't fire at where they are now
• Use mountain ranges to break missile lock
• Predator's thrust burst saves you from incoming swarms
• Goliath wins head-to-head, loses turning fights — engage from above
• Your contrail gives away every move; vary altitude to confuse pursuers
